The initial Meeting
This is the initial emailing/phone call/coffee date (whatever way you prefer to communicate!). We’ll go over all of your details and see if we vibe (spoiler alert – if you made it this far, I know we will).
The Contract & Invoice
Once you decide that I’m the photographer for you, I will send you a contract + invoice to make everything official!
the dreaming
Once the contract is signed and the initial invoice is paid – this is when the magic begins.✨ Want to elope at the Cliffs of Moher? Want to ride off into the sunset in a gondola in Venice? This is the part where we turn your wildest elopement dreams into reality.
We’ll go over your vision for everything, collaborate on a mood board, plan your engagement session, book hotels, plan dreamy day-of timelines. This is the part you’ve been waiting for, and I want your hearts to be brimming with excitement.
This is where I encourage you to go as big as you want, and then we start to finalize your elopement timeline. I’m as hands on as you need me to be, so if you want to chat over Zoom calls, phone calls or just email and text – it’s totally up to you how often you want/need me. Regardless, I’ll be with you every step of the way so you can simply *be present* on your special day.
the adventure, together
Whether we’re meeting in your hometown or hopping a plane to meet up in the place that’s been calling your name, this is where all the dreaming comes true.
the delivery
You will receive your preview gallery within one week of your elopement to be able to share with friends and family. I’m very intentional and with you until the end (and beyond) which means I do all of my own editing. No outsourcing here! This means your full gallery may take up to 3 months for delivery.

I just need both of your full names, cell numbers + emails in order to get a contract written up and sent over.
A signed contract as well as your retainer fee (1/3 of your package) is required in order to secure your elopement date/s with Summer Leigha Photo.
For elopements within
-A 1-hour radius of my hometown of Bloomington, Illinois: NO TRAVEL FEE
- A 1.5 to 5-hour radius of Bloomington, IL: Gas + lodging fee of $250.
- Over a 5-hour drive, or that requires a flight within the US: $900 to cover flight, hotel + rental car.
- International travel fees will be researched and charged at cost.
Of course! I’m as hands on (or off) as you need me to be. Travel is the great love of my life, and so I’m always here to help with location planning, timeline logistics and more!
I personally go through and edit every single one of your images in my signature moody and romantic style – no outsourcing here! So your gallery may take up to 3 months to receive. However, I do send a preview gallery within a week of your elopement!
